Title: Server Commanding problem

I can make servers, join them, search, all the usual stuff. But i cant command my OWN server, ie I cannot use !blah commands. Like !listplayers or !slap. I have tested on LAN/Local with a friend, but to no prevail. I can command on other servers, and everything else if fine. Please, PLEASE help!

are you using tjw's backport, with a qvm?
if so, did you setlevel yourself?
did you make a admin.dat with the levels?
