Where can I find Boxfield, I've looked in MG, bicrosoft, and several other sites but I can't find it.

There's at least one server that has it in rotation, with auto-download you would get it (slowly, but it's a small map).

I'm afraid I can't remember what that server was, sorry :(

It had 999 buildpoints, if that helps. I didn't play because it was kind of ridiculous.
