C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Tremulous\qkey (assuming you have the latest client)

well It didnt work not sure what I did wrong or if qkey is different for mac and windows but was I suppose to use tjw backport if so I did.
-
if you aren't using tjw's latest backport then the path will be different, but you should use the latest. if you didn't use the right username it also won't work.

I used search to find exactly and put it there and now I have my GUID but my admin account on servers still doesnt work does (i guess thats the username thing you were talking about)
edit: huh not sure whats wrong w/ ma admin but then again the server I tried seems to have locked up :/

It's C:\Documents and Settings\<your username>\Application Data\Tremulous\base\qkey

wrong, cl_guidserveruniq requires that the qkey not be inside a mod folder.

tremulous/qkey is SVN feature. According to http://trem.tjw.org/backport/tremulous-svn755.patch, TJW's backport client reads the qkey from base folder regardless of which mod is currently active.
#define QKEY_FILE "base/qkey"
