Hey guys, I downloaded Tremulous and extracted it but something is wrong with it, I can't join any server, it says it's outdated, so what should I do?

deinstall what you have and redownload it from this site.

Yeah, you probably got version 1.0.0 -
get 1.1.0 (available on this site), and you shouldnt have any more problems.
