Timbo has been going through bugzilla like a knife through hot butter, and merging ioq3 left right and centre, countless bugfixes, minor reworks, endless happiness. We've reached SVN revision one thousand.
*gets out the cake and party hats*
All those who accuse the devs of being inactive: you are wrong. Here's to another thousand revisions of solid gold in code form, eh?

At the time of my post, revision 1003 is the current.
Damn, you guys are making progress. That's 3 revisions in 2 hours.

those 3 revisions should technically count as one. every ioq3 merge takes up 3. (first to put ioq3 code into upstream/current/, second to tag it, 3rd to actually merge it into the trunk)

No one is ever on the non-backported SVN, but most decent server run SVN Tremded.

SVN sucks, right? Ever tried git?
yes i have, but who cares if svn flattens branches and tags into the filesystem, it works well enough.

By that logic revision 1100 should be 1.1.0, which is in the future...

rev 12000 might be closer guess 8)

MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! :p
-
Eh, probably not.
As far as I know, SVN is all server code, not client code changes. 1.2 will definitely require a major client update, so they will probably start a new SVN counter once it is released.
Then again, I might be 100% wrong on this, I can't code in just about anything command-line based. (I.e. every serious coding system)
