I thought,so many games in the ESL but Tremulous is NOT in the ESL...
How would it be if Tremulous is in ESL?

ESL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrostatic_loudspeaker) sounds smexy, yeah.
-
What in the name of Al Gore is ESL?

Tremulous is a FFA game, not a competitiv.
Btw, the gameplay isn't for a competition.
Ended.

That makes no sense at all.

That is just a stupid statement. Every FPS game can be competitive, that's the very nature of what they are.
Just because it's not a QW or Q3CPM clone, doesn't mean it can't be played competitively.

Tremulous would need at least some restrictions in order to finish a match in somewhat normal timeframe.
I haven't played tremulous in a year so i don't really know which version people use these days, but i got a feeling there are like 100 different of them on each server.
There should be a new official patch with all svn bug fixes so far so at least people are able to get the same version of the game.
If such patch would be released i would add the game to ClanBase (http://clanbase.ggl.com) in a heartbeat.
I think ESL admins feel the same.

It would also need some gameplay balancing to suit competition. Specially SD which is simply one-sided. I don't see why it wouldn't suit into ESL or Clanbase in it's current state, tho, they are amateur competitions.

I do not condone any organization which tries to pass off gaming as a sport. lol
