Title: How to increase postcount in 3 steps
Post by: techhead on October 08, 2007, 04:33:31 am
If you want to increase your post-count without bothering other people or getting yelled at, here is how you do it in 3 easy steps.

00   START
10   Post something
20   Delete it
30   GOTO 10

The database deletes your post, but still remembers it used to exist. Thus, theoretically infinite posts without saying a word. Now you won't clutter the forums with your useless stuff. Mods, feel free to lock this topic. Hey, you can even delete it, if you do, I just increased my post-count by one.

EDIT: Oh, woe is me, for the demon I have unloosed upon the unsuspecting world. i suddenly regret this, but it would seem somewhat anti-climatic to delete this very topic.

@ Pie:
Agreed. What's the point of postcounts anyway? In fact, I feel restricted by the postcounts. Sometimes, I don't post when I want to because it might look like spam and I don't want to look like those spammer idiots who say "+1 postcount" or post some obnoxious caps locked shit.
