I assume you mean pic size. The actual signature character limit on the other hand sucks donkey testicles and needs to be a tad higher, methinks. My own sig isn't that long at all but doesn't fit in the character limit because I like to format stuff a lot. Bleh.

Good job.. I think its only going to escalate until someone starts taking screen shots of entire threads and using it as a sig.. This is why signatures need to not allow images in them, and have a character limit. Avatars that are scaled to a size and forced to be under a certain filesize to load and hosted externally are a suitable replacement.

In all seriousness, some kind of character limit, filesize limit and scaled final image size/shape of rectangle wouldn't be too bad, as long as mine is the size and shape utilized to create such a standard, and that linksigs and blogspam are still OK. As long as Steely promises to quit quoting Nancy Reagan, and Equi stops saying we're too wordy. Personally, Equi, I think your sig should be a Spider-Man character saying "tl;dr". I suppose something like what BG or SST has for their forums is probably what you are thinking of?
