America's Army. Gud game, just waiting for 15 minutes after you die once isn't much fun...

How old are you... If AA was your first ever FPS, then you must be like 10.
Anyway, AA doesn't count as an FPS because there isn't enough playing. More specing than playing.
Like 10? I still play AA some. And plus, there is a lot more strategy involved with AA, considering that you can only die once per round, you tend to be a bit more defensive and less of a feeder.
And to answer you're question pertaining to my age, I'm 16. I just don't know where you got that 10 year old thing.
You got into FPS gaming waaaay too late man...
Ok?
I can't help it if my life didn't revolve around FPS's when I really WAS 10 years old.
I must say that Rise of the Triad (ROTT) and Perfect Dark are among the best FPS games ever created.
Too bad about a good linux port for ROTT.
GoldenEye 007
For N64
Everyone is gonna laugh at me but the first fps I actually owned and played was halo 1 for pc. I use to play very discrite mmorpgs that no one else knew of though like Realms of Past Worlds.

The first one that I owned a full copy of was MIB Crashdown on the PS1, before that the first FPS demo I ever had was Duke Nukem 3D.

Unfortunately I only had a monochrome terminal back then.
Well I think mine must have been Star Wars Battlefront

soooo many gameshark codes... 8)
There were thousands of built in cheats for Goldeneye, even without Gameshark.
thousands? no.
Prob around 40 or something
First FPS was Medal of Honor Rising Sun for Gamecube. It sucked, so I didnt play through very far, found Tremulous about a year later. Never 'owned' in it, sadly.
Now that i think of it, jurassic park for the snes had a small fps part where you had to venture inside a building. That game might've been the first fps i have ever played, atleast on a console :P
I played BLACK for Playstation 2, then tried Halo on Xbox like a week later, and within a month after that I was introduced to Tremulous.
First FULL copy of a FPS I owned was... ET: Wolfenstien. Second was Tremulous. Yea, I'm a sucker for trials, demos, and (later) free-ware.
