Common bug. As far as I know it's still an issue, but I wouldn't bother sending in a bugzilla report.

What server lets players with such lag play together?
That Bug should be posted to the server.ops not here .)

(and yesssss.... I saw the real bug, that's been reported for some months now. IIRC there is a fix-patch out there, so report it also to the server.op to get their qvm up to date)
