Hey, I was looking for a good Game Engine and I found this one and it looks pretty awesome so far. What I'm wondering is if it can run on a Mac OS X 10.4 G4. Also, is it free? and can I sell the projects I make with it?
Also 2, Is this engine based off of the Unreal Tournament Engine? it looks very similar.

Free. Sell what? Based off Q3 engine. Welcome to the forums.

The Tremulous engine is a modified version of the Quake III engine, and is in no way related to Unreal Tournament. It is distributed under the GNU GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html).
You can sell your projects, but the engine code must remain publicly available as per the license terms. Versions of Tremulous are available for OSX.

A little bit of research (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tremulous) would have told you that tremulous is based on the ioq3 engine, so if you wish to use that engine, perhaps the people who build ioquake3 (http://ioquake3.org/) would be the people to ask. :)

Well this Engine is basically my dream come true!
Where can I get an OS X version for 10.4 and does TREMULOUS use C/C++ or java?

it's mostly like this:
10 overpower aliens
20 aliens win every game
30 go to 10

?
Uh...that isn't very helpful.
I can't find a Mac OS X download. :O :(

Quake 3, and therefore Tremulous is written in C.
