Title: 3rd Generation Forums Custom style in the works
Post by: Paradox on November 08, 2007, 01:51:52 am
Well, those of you who keep track will know that I have created a few alternate themes for the forums. Well, I have been at work on another, and have created something quite nice. Here is a teaser shot, more coming soon, and as soon as i fix some of the button bugs and other small misc things like that, i will release it.

Just a question. Will this show graphics for Firefox? I dont know about others but on this mac Firefox doesnt show graphics, so to post anything I have to go to safari.

Strange, I'm using Firefox here with no graphics problems. Sounds obvious, but is Firefox set to block images from trem.net?

You forgot to set firefox to allow the website to display images that are not from the site you are viewing. (Why the heck is that option even defaulted to on?)

I am still tweaking some of the button errors, but this will hopefully soon be released.

It wont be on my site, as my domain expired, and i am still switching hosts.

Oh, here is another teaser:

Also, I believe Safari 3.0 does support custom styles, so this should work there as well.

Cool it... that always happens when a site switches to SMF, until they create a custom theme.  For example: www.hard-light.net/forums
<- they looked exactly like we do now when they switched to SMF.

We can smite and applaud (pff, who uses that anyway?:P) instead of originality, yee.
