This (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_McGee%27s_Alice) Alice? That might be decent. The Resident Evil movies I've seen and thought were nicely done (and they also kind of have their own universe, since they're more of a "reimagining" of the series, which I think is spiffy).
I expect everything else on that list to suck out loud, though I'll hold out a sliver of hope for Fear Effect.
Also, what miserable soul(s) ever played Clock Tower? That series was awful.

Whoops, hadn't noticed Mortal Kombat on there. Can't quite comment on if it'll suck or not since I thought the first one was decent (not great, not bad, just a bit above "O.K.") but I haven't watched any beyond that so I don't know if they improved or if they ran it into the ground. My assertion of everything else's suckiness still holds true, though. :P

Can't quite comment on if it'll suck or not since I thought the first one was decent (not great, not bad, just a bit above "O.K.") but I haven't watched any beyond that so I don't know if they improved or if they ran it into the ground. nah i just like Postal and tekken (tekken/GT3 main reasons why i use sony consoles :))
and if they even get half of postal's uberness in the movie.. its good already :P
and tekken... if they use the movies and trailors from tekken3-5 good ennough i doubt the movie will end up sucking very hard too :P (plus tekkens story line is awesomme :))
so i keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best :P if not.. ah well i wont miss it either anyways

max payne movie will start production in 2008 i think (planned to be finished 2010), so i doubt it will come out 2007 unless they changed the dates.

The producers don't really have any proper plot to base it on. Warcraft is just *argh* kill *argh* kill with cheesy "quests" thrown in , hardly enough for a movie.

I played it and thought it was a pretty stinky plot. Not good enought for an enjoyable movie, anyway.
