Help yourself to our forums:

Not sure what you mean myself.. but that is the quickest way to get all that sorted out, posting in our forums.

normally, all your maps go into the "base" folder, as well as all autogen.cfg and autoexec.cfg, HUDs and all the data files.

You can download a lot of maps from Mercenaries Guild Download Center (http://downloads.mercenariesguild.net/), just go in the "maps" folder (http://downloads.mercenariesguild.net/maps/), and you'll have everything you need.

I think I know what you're getting at.. you'd like to recreate something like the MG map repository?

Just needs a web host somewhere.  Stuff the files in the right directory and tell whatever server to point to it for client downloads.  Nothing fancy, just Apache.  I'll bet you could even tickle IIS to do it right if you tried hard enough :P
