Title: Help with starting up

I need help whenever i start up Tremulous it comes up with this

GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

what do i do to fix it? i have tried to download an opengl package but that didn't work

what do i do?

You might start with what OS you're using.  Since you said an OpenGL package, I'll assume some Linux flavor.

Make sure you're running the OpenGL drivers that work with your video card.  I've got an nVidia in the work computer, and use nVidia's drivers, and have no problem.  Of course I *had* to use theirs, since none of the others would properly do the dual-head setup.  Home machine doesn't have the cajones to run Trem, so I use the Mac laptop instead :P

Have you considered that if you are having this problem, chances are that other people have too? Apparently not. There are two really obvious things you could have done -- but did not -- that would have given you an answer to your problem:
1. read the stickied FAQ in troubleshooting
2. search

Though, in reality, the problem has nothing to do with your computer.
