why does it say : GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL Subsystem

Because you have no 3D-gfx-card?

Also, try posting your problem in the topic title instead of "HLP MEH PLS!!!!!!!!11oneoneonehundredeleven" since all that does is make people NOT want to help you and rather flame your proverbial balls off.
