Dont really know where to post this.. i chose here cause i need to make my own md3s for mapping purposes...anyway how/is it possible to convert a blender file/model to a md3? Thanks

I guess you can always export the file into an .obj file or a .3ds file. Both of these can be imported into GtkRadiant.
