how are these related to the cgame and ui? your question is roughly equivalent to "help it doesn't work", unless you provide more information you won't get any answers.

alright then , ill make it more understandable ,

I was trying to test out my mod with cgame.qvm , but when ever i put the cgame.qvm inside the base folder which contains the server files , i will get stuck at the "Awaiting Gamestats" when trying to load the map.

As for ui.qvm , when ever i try to connect to a server , i will auto quit trem when i try to load the map , help pls , thanks

Maybe use a stock-client and not the one you messed up?

Dont use them.

There should be something just called Game.qvm

Never mind, before I open my mouth I should try to understand the problem.
Basically what are you trying to do that is causing the problem?

First of all, what SVN are these compiled from and what changes have you made?
Does the console contain any unusual lines?

The ui.qvm error sounds like the old ui/menus.txt thing, in which case you either need to backport the QVM or include your ui/ folder as well.
But without the answer to my first two questions, it's very hard to help you any further.

This (http://tremulous.net/forum/index.php?topic=3676.0) thread may be able to help you, in particular vcxzet's (brief) explanation of the server layout when a compiled cgame/ui.qvm is being used.
