Title: im having trouble with the rcon passwork im making a server but i cant make one

my server.cfg file has a password in it and is correct but my server says no rcon password set for this server wat do i do and my server isnt showing up on the list its a internet detacated server wats wrong i wanna play trem on my own server and cant and it really sucks

set rconpassword "password"

This needs to set on both the server and the client.
