ok, i was playing tremx and people voted to change map from ATCS  to temple (that was a name of a crappy map i was making) and when it said vote passed this guy was sawing me with a psaw then when i was dowloding the map insted of the tremulous music it was the repetitive pain saw sound mmmmmmMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmMMMMMMMMM really anyoing.

Like you even said yourself, it was probably just a weird glitch.

Restarting Tremulous might help. It sounds like your sounds just got overlapped for a bit.

That is the summary page for revision 883 of the Tremulous code. The relevant part from that page is "* (bug 2959) All looping sounds now stopped when downloading". This means that this bug was fixed in r883 and that this fix will be in future releases of tremulous as well as in backported clients.

oh ty oh and this other time i lagged out for like 10 seconds and ended up in the wall and slowly drifted down but then everything was fine

Well, if he takes his copy of Tremulous back to the store he bought it from (with it's receipt) they'll refund the full purchase value.

Actually if you go to illegal download sites I think you can download the patch that fixes that problem for free.

Donating money to TremDev might also solve your problems. And if it doesn't solve yours, it surely solves some prolem.
