it has not been released yet. you can find the devs in #GEZ on freenode (or quakenet?).
Ender and Champion are also working on a trem fork that has bots, based on this patch (http://www.mercenariesguild.net/patches/?do=details&task_id=72&histring=framework). as far as i know they haven't released binaries but here is the project page: http://osp.ir/projects/stfu-tremulous/
