Title: Admin flags

hwo could i get more admin flags for my server and use them? thats all i ask for. I ahve a patched qvm which i want to use for those flags, heres the site: http://www.mercenariesguild.net/patches/?do=details&task_id=110&pagenum=5.

I just want a tremed that is compatible with that QVM and i am running on windows xp.

TJW's tremded should work

 you can use trem server manager has almost all known in tremulous here is the link

it says it can't install the file...


also, what do you do with .patch files?
