This probably should've been posted in 'Level Reviews & Released'.
Your map, Needs a levelshot and .arena file. It's a little too small and the rooms themselves seem oversized. In many areas it is much too dark. The alien base is too open and the human's base would benifit from some defence and maybe an armoury. The map also overall lacks detail.

@Ripperjack:I bet using greeble would make some of those walls look nicer.

Indeed, on some of these "Tremor-ish (http://img231.imageshack.us/my.php?image=shot0010id0.jpg)" walls, greeble would help break it up and make it look better.
