Thanks for the resources, TinMan and Rocinante. I'll go ahead and provide the flamethrower/blowtorch.

Now, our first order of business is to begin by removing all the clothing from our victim's lower body, say, waist and downward.

Then, we lie them on their back, face up.

After that comes the fun part. We drop the rats on the victim's genitals, cover everything with the tin bucket, and start heating the bottom of the can. What happens? The rats want out. How do they get out? Path of least resistance, such as FLESH.

Idea from: 2 Fast 2 Furious, but in the movie it was on the guys belly.
