Post by: MartinX3 on March 23, 2008, 11:11:37 am
I compile with GTK Radiant 1.5 own compiler.
Then in Red Map leak.
And on my map is a red line like a  /\
............................................./...\
............................................/.....\
............................................''''''''''''

Edit.
Closed the gap where the red line is.
MAP LEAK.
Make a big cube and press howllow buttom. ^^
In this Cube is my map.
Compile.
MAP LEAK !!!!!!!!
Shit.
Why it don't go away?

Edit0.

I make another map.
Only a big Cube with the hollow function.
With nothing in it.
I try to Compile it.

First of all, dont use hollow much. It creates a few problems which you'll find out when your more experienced. Although for this its ok.

Put a light inside the hollow box. Then if it still doesnt work, see where the leak is coming from/going to. Zoom in, see if there are any holes. If you cant find any yet still have leaks, put another box outside it. See if that works.

well the next person who Google searches "leak red line tremulous"(or something like that) will go to this topic there problem will be solved. Then we will have less people posting new annoying topics on the forums. It will also give a more complete answer to the next person who needs help with the same thing.  plus i didn't realize that it was solved because he didn't put solved in the topic  :-X.
