My big brother has started a clan of scripters. I wanted to join (I'm sort of OK-ish at scripting), but he says I can't join unless I'm "leet" enough to do the "Battlesuit Bug". I've seen it before, but I have no idea how it's done (other than console commands).
So, could somebody please tell me the script? I know it's counted as a cheat, but hey:
1. You can be killed just as easily with it
2. I'll only ever be using it on the clan server

Bug abuse will most likely get him banned of the servers, so why start a clan that does that? :)

I don't think he uses it on public servers, only his own.

I'd like to know what this is myself, not to exploit, but rather to know when I'm being had.
Of course, how can one say what it is in public without everyone and their dog exploiting it?

It's not because a bug can be reproduced that all who are affect know how it happens ;)

You will be kicked on sight on most servers if you're using it, though i will be more mild by giving a warning first, but you're better of not to do it :wink: .

I think BabyAlien is right,tell us about this bug, I won't be using this, since 99% of my time in Tremulous I play as alien, I just want to know what to avoid

Why do you need to know the secret to avoid it...
And even if i'd post it (which i won't), countless people WILL use it to their advantage and will exploit the heck out of it, making a new group of noobs on tremulous, and obviously, we don't need them :) .
So it's best to just let Timbo solve the issue on the next version of Tremulous. :)
