Can you clarify the question?  Tricks for dretch AND humans is too broad.  Tricks for facing dretch as a human is more to the point or maybe you mean tricks for facing a human as a dretch?

The usual: Aim for the head, don't move in straight lines, wallwalk, try to kill, die often... ;)

That's what makes the "die often" factor... ;)

just latch on to the first team mate u see as a dretch and follow the croud if their attacking if its a stale mate try to hang behind your defencive line but not too far back u may luck in and catch a berzerking painsawer being chased down while u join in.

try using the walls or ceiling as your Main source of movement try and stay off the floor if you catch a human hugging a wall all you have to do is move above his head looking at him it'll inflict a very satisfying ammount of dmg.

wait around the corner on the ceiling  for the human to come barging down the hallway and around the corner run behind him drop down and follow unknowticed hopefully
..

if your wall walk is too jerky put the autoslope to slow im shure the instant setting should come with a Epalepsie warning.

humans main train of vision is on the floor directly infront of them exploit this

use higher ledges when possible.
that pity points a good thing
if you have the chance to run away and avoid a feed some how id say do it up but its a huge annoyance to the other team if you do it alot.. er ie: falling to oblivion to avoid being lucifer cannon fodder for some over equipped battle suit .

go nuts with the wall walk
