I Tryed everything i read stickys but i cant portfoward and i tryed everything i need help can anyone tell me a easy way to make a server or somewere i can buy a server using paypal.

Um, google is your friend. Try searching for "Dedicated Servers"
when you mean you cant port forward is that mean your to can't figure it out or it just wont work because i am sure that you need to port forward to run a server
