Is there any way/proven technique for a non-admin to stop feeders on their own team?
Assume:
A. The feeder does not listen to you.
B. You cannot kick the feeder.
C. The feeder does not get better over time.
D. The other team/admins do not try to stop the feeding.
E. Friendly fire is off/kick/ban.
F. The feeder does not leave for hours.
G. The feeder is on the only server in your area/that you play.
Got any advice? This problem will drive me insane. Assume that you can build/stun/trap/aid the feeder. You cannot give him money.

I just leave and find a better server. Unless someone could make a mod for this maybe after a dozen feeds and 0 kills a tips screen could pop up or an introductoy video could pop up.
Every server has an owner. Try to contact him and ask for a solution. A list of all servers can be found here: http://tremmaster.quakedev.net/
Use google to find a homepage/forum for this server.
If the feeder sticks around for several matches he's bound to have pissed off more than just one teams worth of players, call a votekick, if the feeder is as bad as you think, it may well pass.
Not all server owners have sites. Like me. But my server is hardly ever on so it doesn't matter much.

And so the value of your post is?
>.> The only way to ever stop a feeder is to teach them how to play better.
Paradox's qvm has an anti feed feature, more you feed the longer it take's to spawn, i would suggest is teaching the feeder, and/or Kick
on the "Evil" server.
-After 5 deaths in a row, without 1 kill it warns you
-After 10, it forcespecs you for a round.
-after 20, it kicks you
All replies must be applicable to the thread. For example, if you can go to hundreds of servers, the feeder follows you. That's my problem.
And what reason would there be for them to follow you. . .you could at least change your name. . .
Because he's your friend who doesn't know how to play yet wants to beat you. And fail, not much of a surprise.
well if hes your friend then why not teach him how to play. :p
Maybe he isn't as mentally mature as the minimal requirements for this game? (Maybe)?
Or you can tell him/her: Look, play on a different server, where there are easier people to play with. You'll win there, get better, then beat me, ok?
He did. And tanked. Again. Actually, I haven't played Trem in a while. Got banned for 30 mins, which killed my enthusiasm. The nade hit the **** turret box. Don't blame me. Blame the modeler.

The nade was (almost) fair. It was the box. Trust me. It took out three turrets. I tried to throw it between two.
You tried nading two rets and caught three instead?
No, I tried to throw it down and kill some aliens. But the turrets! They moved!
If you throw a nade from behind a turret anywhere in level ground, you'll hurt your 'rets.
well, eventhough this is starting to get off topic; did you concider making a grenade bind to mouse3 [/bind mouse3 "itemact gren;say_area ^1Grenade."] so you could just run out of base a bit, pop the nade out, and run back in ;)
I just use Mousewheel and enter. But, steping outside the base is rant rush. Even for two seconds.
