Ok, Paradox you probably dont know me but I want to compile a patch into your qvm and I dont know how. Please help me my Xfire is BugHuman

The forums have a PM function for a reason.
Also, there are plenty of threads around on how to compile.
And anyway, just submit your patch to there bug tracker and they'll add it.  Its obvious they have no standards beyond "+1 feature".

Not to be a asshole.
But you do not compile a patch.
You patch the script you want to use into the source.
Then you compile :)
