No, I'd say that epically fails to explain anything. Perhaps you should try using English, or some other language with structured grammar?

Check the documentation with the QVM that you got it from, or that which comes with the patch itself; benmachine lists not only where the files need to go, but also how to pull cvars out of the server and display them in the output of the !info text.

!help text can't be changed except by editing the source and recompiling.
