Does anyone know of an updated firmware (like dd-wrt) that works with cisco aironet APs?
One feature it MUST have is the ability to force a website to launch when a client connects to the AP, and possibly the ability to require a user to sign in with an account for that access.

I do not know of such a firmware for that if DD-WRT or OPEN-WRT do not support it, but if you are trying to keep people out of your network but know that WEP and WPA are POS'es that can easily be cracked, I recommend setting up your router to assign static intranet IP addresses to MAC addresses that it recognizes. This is how I keep other people off of my WiFi without having to deal with encryption. Most people can google a guide on how to crack WEP, it takes them a good 10 minutes more to find out how to spoof a MAC address, 20 of they're in Windows :P

What i am attempting to do is make it so when users connect, a ToS or something appears in their browser.

Search for "hostap" or something like that. Maybe for the firmware they put on the "freifunk" or fonera routers/wlan ap's.
