Where do the actual recorded games go?
i'm using Ubuntu linux (hardy) and recorded a game. i need that record file...
if it makes a difference i installed trough alacarte.

~/.tremulous/base/demos for demo files
~/.tremulous/base/videos for video files

well on windows i find that easily, but for osme reason it doesnt seem to exist on my linux install

That could be because dot files are hidden files. But if you can figure out how to show hidden files on Windows, I'd think you would be able to in whatever file manager you use. (In Nautilus, you can use the "View" menu or the "View" tab in preferences.)
Isn't Alacarte a menu editor for GNOME? How did you install Tremulous with it...?
Why did I bother making sure I used the "proper" case for names?

Ctrl + H shows hidden files in most file managers.
Did you run tremulous as root? If so, don't do that, it messes up your ~/.tremulous permissions.
~/ = /home/user/ by the way.
