Title: How to use .ogg files with target_speaker

icculus seems to support ogg Vorbis, but I don't know how to use ogg files with target_speaker.

the ogg library seems to be linked in tremulous but .ogg files neither .wav files with ogg codec are recognised  :cry:

you need a binary compiled with ogg support

please add ogg support to binaries for the next version
so mappers can add some cool sounds/music
