Title: Remove button?
Post by: Syntac on August 30, 2008, 10:03:38 pm
What happened to the button that lets you remove your posts? If there was already an announcement about this, please tell me, since I wasn't here for most of the day.

I have seen a somewhat smart solution for it:

Make it disappear once the first answer to that posting has arrived or it has been first read. Until and up to that let it remain there.

I would rather have people think about what they post before they post it. Due consideration prior to posting renders the remove button useless.

People can still edit their posts to nothing.

But thier empty posts will still use up bandwidth, flood the topics for no reason and mkes replies totally useless, but hey, my opinion.
