Title: My Tremulous Server dont work!

Hello

My Server works and I clan play on it , but only on Local , so I`m the only one who see the server..... ( i didnt klickd in game creat server , i start tremserver.bat) Can anyone help me pls!

There are tons of posts explaining basic troubleshooting on this.

I am not sure which kind of tremserver.bat do you have but try:
1) Opening Firewall or any routers/proxies you may have
2) Sending the ping to the Tremulous Master Server List

Im sending hearbeat to master list and my firewalls are down.....

Hmmmm... and can anyone from outside your network connect to your server directly?
I mean through \connect 84.34.21.34:27050

Then you have a problem with your router maybe. Opened ports?

Without more information like server configuration and the content of tremserver.bat this will be pointless.
