Search. Read the instructions. Google.
Read the stickies, they'll teach you how to make a server for Halo noobs. You should read the stickies on each forum section AND read the forum FAQ before posting questions that has already been answered.
Oh, and btw, use descriptive titles!
(he hasn't learned those two things but a bunch of forum etiquette, lol)
