Do you:
    • Actually know PHP?
    • Have access to an FTP client?
    • Have access to your website's filesystem?

Hmm...if you want a forum, you should use smf, which requires a MYSql Database.  you can get smf here (http://simplemachines.org).

I think this guy needs to learn for one thing how basic HTML works, or how a computer even works. Then he can move on to php.
