Title: How do i make an md3

I have been looking around and i still can't find a tutorial on what an md3 is and where a tutorial is to compile one.

You need Blender (http://www.blender.org/) and these (http://archive.mercenariesguild.net/Blender/) Python scripts. Oh, and 3D modeling experience.

we are lacking in in md3 exporting tutorials as well as modeling tutorials at all*... sad but true. If you want to get models into game you will have to fight your way through
if you have any problem we may help :angel: (lol "we" - I and the Dark Side of Me ::))

but i guess only with exporters/importers... other things? you just have to figure them out yourself.

*making of quake3 character tutorial would be great... im trying to do one myself(character than tutorial) but I have a lot things to do atm... all next week just exams  :'(

ok i doubt i will be able to even with a titoral and i defiantly wont be able to without one

Which modeling program are you using?

Can it export to .ase/.asc (ascii scene export)?

Does it export to 3ds WITH uv data?
