I have been in about 4-5 clans in a 2-3 year period, I hardly call that "quick to jump around." [vR] will survive, they have plenty of leaders in that clan and loyal members.

Not saying there is anything wrong with it, its just you guys build up really awesome clans, then just make a new one.  I think J-cool likes recruiting more than he likes playing.

iP and vR were the only clans I made, and iP failed.

J-cool was in both of them, and J-cool virtually made AA and he made ><.  Which you've been in both of(currently in one).

I'm not trying to insult or start problems or anything.  I just think its odd that you two seem to build amazing clans, then leave them and make other amazing clans.  Helps the clan scene a lot though.  >< is probably my favorite so far though, so I'd like to see it last.  ^^   <3

I talked to j-cool about his "clan hopping" before I agreed to join this clan. If he decides to leave, I have a small sleeper device implanted in his brain that explodes when I activate the detonator. This was part of the agreement.

Also, both AA and >< didn't/don't actually need j-cool to function. He is a founder, but many people in the clan can lead scrims, and everyone decides on recruitment. If j-cool does choose to part ways with us, which will lead to his tragic demise of course, xenocide will be fine. No worries.

j-cool wasn't in iP, he was in aa at the time, and the only ''amazing'' clan that i've helped build up would be vR. Just trying to clear up some confusion

IMO:
1) You have to recruit a couple of players that are more or equally skilled. That way you won't devastate the clan when you leave it.

2) Your recruits have to like each other. Players shouldn't join the clan just because of the leader. The reason for this is obvious.

3) 2 leaders helps a lot. When 1 leaves, there's still 1 left. After j-cool left, I put up a vote right away for a new leader.

4) Last, but not least, you must be j-cool.

What about in the end, just keep supreme authority?  That way there is never a reason to leave the clan, because you can make it into whatever you want.
