Timbo , is there anyway to change model via console? cos the /model command dont seem  to work anymore and humans look to alike ,i want to edit the humans model so u can distinguish them but it dont seem to work.Any chance of a mod or something to help?  8)  8)

Anyway, that's a great concept. I'd volunteer exept that I wouldn't be able to do it consistently. Anyway, I really hope you get things working, an AvH would be awesome.

Wouldn't it be easier to do voiceovers and recording seperately?
EDIT: I'd be happy to record a voiceover, but I don't know if I could actually remember to visit a server at the correct time.
I only have a cheapo mic, but my dad teaches radio journalism, so I should be able to get hold of some decent kit if it won't be good enough.
A greater problem at the moment is that I have sound problems on my computer (I don't know if this will affect recording, but I haven't tried yet).

Also I forsee a problem, you can see the mouth of the default model (without helmet) so it would look really dumb, and equally so if everyone wore a helmet.

It would be great to have one of the humans to be private noob, who simply has no idea and gets slaightered all the time and frustrates the efforts of his teammates.

Pciture:

noob walking along, humming

suddenly hears distant roaring

NB: Whats that?

Picture glimpse of tyrant going round corner, charging

NB: it's  getting close! (moves to crouch down round a corner to ambush with rifle)

TY: roaring along over camera

NB: HEHE he won't see what hit him!

TY whips round corner

NB:WTF!

TY SQUELCH!

TY CHARGES ON

(this is exactly what happened to me on my first game!)

The most likely case would be the troopers firing everything at a tyrant and then the nooby comes along and shoots it with a blaster and it dies. Then he says something like 'Oh I thought you said they were almost unstoppable'
