Only three weeks? It's a work of art, can I ask how you bent the pipes? I need bent pipes for my map, and I can't figure out how to do it.

Bspit abandoned the work on MarsBase and released it into the public domain a while ago.

In other words, he is not finishing it.

Why would he abandon the work? It looked very nice, and was coming along great.
