Spawn Error

I get a "wait till your build timer expires" or a "this surface is not suitable to build on" error depending on which team i join. This only happens only on the Kitty Server. I am able to play all the other servers (as far as i know). What could be causing this error?

Note: i have tremfusion installed (which has been letting me run tremulous more smoothly)

You are running a different mod to the server.  Probably means the server has some extra files floating around, or is inpure and you have extra files.

How do i fix this? (how do i get rid of the extra files?) and how do i find out which ones?
