Actually, the thing tremulous needs most right now is sounds. Timbo, one of the devs, got a whole bunch of sounds that trem uses right now, but did not find their licenses. So now, we do not know the licensing on most of the sounds and it has to be found or we need to make new sounds. /more information can be found in the Developer Corner.
