default model (sarge) failed to register

Only recently started playing Tremulous, and have had this error three times.

I heard perhaps it was server side

Says,  

default model (sarge) failed to register  

and drops (queue Dr Who music)

Any ideas ?  The regs say it happens once every ten games.

Heres the server inf if its any help,

Are you running a server or trying to connect to one?

I rarely see it, mostly on lame unpatched homeless servers (ESA) where retard ppl BSdretch or mess with pk3 files

Its prob not a big priority for them for now, but it gets a lot of play, and is run by the biggest telco in .au in their GameArena division.

Im just interested if there is an easy fix. I imagine they just set it up like they did all their other quake based servers.

Which reminds me, dont it miff you how The All Seeing Eye doesnt work withTrem. Im switching to QTracker anyway cause its freeware and not Yahoo.

Oh ... the real error msg is

DEFAULT_MODEL (sarge) failed to register

Found a few google hits for that. Still could be anything. Think I'll just type reconnect once in a while cause it works, and is easy.

Had more persistant q3 engine mapchange issues over the years than cannot load OpenGL subsystem ones. Least this one I  just /reconnect
and it works *bliss*

Actually, this bug happens a lot. I'm not sure if it's shown everytime as the missing default model error, but around 80% of the connected players get dropped from the server at once. I see it as the error box of missing to register the default model when I get dropped. I don't know the actual reason for the bug (seems like the client received the default player info string? I wasn't changing class nor name, but just playing when the drops happen). Anyway, at least changing the default player model to something Tremulous has would help a bit.

There's also some exploit the people is using for getting BattleSuits before s3. I don't know it well, but it's something about console setting class 4 and then forcing the client to renove the userinfo string by changing your name or rate.
