The city looks pretty cool.  You definitely need to add more detail+texturing.

While your intentions are good, the maps you want wont work well with trem...

Those are pretty much the limit that trem has before FPS issues, let alone game issues. Q3 engine basically only allows hallway/small room spam. Outdoor maps lag...

Quake engine is like Doom engine, same restrictions. Rooms look great, but no support for big, giant halls.
