It seems to me that Uzi understands what's expected of an admin even though he types poorly.  His actions in game are far more important than his grammar though it does set a poor impression.

I've known Uzi for quite a while (I'd say a couple years or so,) and it's not his typing that bothers me. My impression on him is based on things he's said, stuff he's done, and etcetera. I couldn't care less about how he types.

Either way he's level 4 now, and I don't expect that to change unless he messes something up (and I honestly hope he doesn't.)
