It is better to build boosters in places that are hard to nade. It's okay if rants or some other classes cannot get poison; the healing ability is really the most useful. Better yet, build one easily accessible (and therefore, easily destroyed) booster and one harder to reach, but still heals. Cades sometimes get in the way and if a human times his jump right, he can get through a cade as an alien is coming out rendering the cade useless.

Try making the booster somewhere, where you can't get without doing wall-walk, flying or HUGE jumping - It makes humans buy a jetpack, and while he is focussing on the booster you can take him out. Keep in mind, the booster gives regeneration boost also trough walls!
