Intentional tk but with a reason

Did you (admins) talked to him in-game about that, warned him (logs are kinda unfriendly to read with all those mouse acceleration...)? Because now it looks like he got 2 days ban for one TK which wasn't that random (though unjustified). People were doing much worse things and maybe got putteamed to specs to calm down. If I punch someone in the face he'd be like "What the hell, man?" while you pulled off your gun and shot my balls.

Also, it seems after looking through the condump that most of the information is revealed through Zeyphr's statements and not first-hand accounts. But I suppose an admin's words are golden and mine are doo doo brown. :-(

So a condump is the evidence? Okay I'll accept that. From that condump I gather that I teamkilled twice the whole game (one was explicitly asked for) and get banned for two days.
If this were common protocol most of the server would be banned on a regular basis for teamkilling.

i got banned for a day more than you for killing either you or menace when you/he bled me for "blocking".

the difference here is, i didnt care enough to log onto the forums to cry about it.  it's just a couple of days.  and trem is just a game.

This could be resolved near instantly with server side demos. However *IF* anyone actually has a demo that shows sirshiz bleeding intentionally more than once, then IMO his ban should be extended for trolling and wasting everyones time. There are players that always claim innocence even after concrete proof has been given, and IMO this should be discouraged.
Also admins should have cl_autoRecordDemo 1.

I would like to take this opportunity to jump to my clients defense. Based on these con-dumps provided, there is no concrete evidence to suggest this team-kill was intentional. The only thing obvious is that a team-kill was made, the motives behind it however cannot be determined by mere text. So i suggest that this evidence alone is inadequate to prosecute my client.
For all the jury knows, my client was team-killed and then in the sole interest of defending the base quickly rushed back into the skirmish where 'Devils # 666' just happened to be and based on his obvious clumsy nature, evident by a snipe team-kill:
