I set my cl_pitchspeed down to 10 and it was much better. Perhaps the default should be set lower than 140?

Regarding helmet showing alien structures perhaps it could have a shorter range for showing structures. That way if the aliens build in a high enough place the structure would not show up till the humans are closer...
